Amos' mom, Autumn, had been living outside for some time. When she got pregnant she sought sanctuary in a good semaritan's garage and gave birth in a cat carrier there. Amos is one of four kittens who survived. Two of his siblings weren't so fortunate. His mom has tested negative for feline AIDS and Leukemia.
