Description: Harley was found in a shoebox near a local restuarant in Newtown. The shoebox had a rock on top keeping the lid down so Harley could not escape. Luckily a couple of kids found him before he died. Harley is extremely friendly and has LOTS of energy. His current foster home can not keep him because of allergies but they would like to find a new family for Harley. Harley has been tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS, has received his first round of vaccines, and has received a flea and dewormer treatment.
