Description:
Seymour was found in an alley in Philadelphia. He had come into a kind person's back yard looking for food. He was probably an owned cat at one time but appears to have been outside for a while.

Seymore has tested negative for feline AIDS and Leukemia, been vaccinated and is neutered.
