Description:
Ethan was born outside in a neighborhood north of Newtown. The neighbors were feeding a small colony of cats and Ethan was neutered along with the rest and returned outside. He and his sister, Emily, started hanging out near a neighbors house and seemed to be getting friendly so they were brought into foster care to see if they would make the transition to indoor living. Ethan reaches out to his foster mom for attention whenever she enters the foster room. He loves being pet and doesn't want it to stop. He purrs and rolls in appreciation.
