Baxter was found behind a shopping center near Neshaminy Mall with his Mom and siblings.

He was pretty scared when he first was brought inside but is starting to warm up to people and likes being pet.

Baxter's Mom tested negative for feline AIDS and Leukemia. He has been wormed and has his first Distemper vaccine.
