Description:
Nettie and her two siblings were dumped near a fishing spot on the lake in Core Creek Park. Nettie being a typical curious kitten must have been investigating a piece of old fisherman's net that she found and got it hopelessly wrapped around her neck.

These guys lucked out when the president of Save the Cats saw them off of the side of the road and stopped to investigate. We were able to bring Nettie inside and remove the net from around her neck.

Although the kittens were afraid at first it didn't take too long before they were comfortable snuggling with their foster mom. The purrs weren't far behind.

Nettie has been spayed, tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS and is up to date on her vaccines. Nettie is a very sweet, friendly girl that gets along great with her brother and also with other cats.
