Description: Paula was found living in a colony of cats in a business park in Newtown. We picked her up during the recent heat wave. She was panting and appeared to be desperate for something to drink.
Although she's not much more than a baby herself, she's already has had a litter of kittens. We don't know if any of them survived or not. She was very skinny when we brought her inside and it's possible she wasn't able to care for them.
She's still a little wary of people but likes to be pet. She particularly likes having the area around her ears pet and that usually will get her purring in appreciation.
She has tested negative for feline AIDS and Leukemia and has been vaccinated.
If you are interested in adopting her you can fill out an application online.
