Description:
Bubbles was found in someone's garage with her sibling. Unfortunately her sibling had been injured somehow and didn't survive. The people who found Bubbles brought her inside and started bottle feeding her. The next day they saw Momma nosing around so put Bubbles back outside hoping Momma would take care of her. Momma wasn't interested and just left without taking her baby. At that point Bubbles was brought to Save the Cats to be bottle fed.
