Fleur was found with her mother, Ophelia, and her siblings in the courtyard of an apartment building near North Philia. Ophelia was doing her best to care for her kittens, but since she was an abandoned house cat, her hunting skills were not the best, and everyone was skinny and hungry. A group of residents in the building joined together to catch the family of cats, and they are now being cared for in a Save the Cats Foster home until they all find a home. Two of the kittens were lucky enough to find homes already but Fleur is still waiting to be adopted. If you are interested in applying for Fleur you can fill out an application online.
