Hello, my name is Finn. I was abandoned by my owner and left to fend for myself in the allies of Philadelphia. Luckily, a caring woman called STC, after I came faithfully to her back door every night crying for food. I was so scared outside in that big city. I just don't understand why my owners couldn't keep me? I really thought that they loved me. I dream every night for a family that will let me be their pet.
