Fozzy and his siblings were living outside with their Mom. When the Mom went missing some kind people took the kittens in and contacted Save the Cats for help.

Mom must have taught her kittens that people were ok because they aren't afraid and are quite friendly. His sister, Fern, has tested negative for feline AIDS and Leukemia.
