Tugger's foster Mom has been feeding a local colony for years. She found Tugger peeking out of the bushes while she was feeding her cats. He rubbed her legs with his head, walked right into her carrier and came home with her. He was limping on his paw and was thrilled to be safe inside. He immediately went to the vet where we realized he was already neutered and declawed. The people who dumped him at the colony knew he would be found and taken in. There was a tiny wound on his paw that has been treated and completely healed. Tugger loves to be near any of the other foster cats cages. He puts his paws through so that he can touch them. He's extremely sweet and chirps at you when he tries to speak to you. He loves to hang out with his foster family and would get along well with any other animals in the household. He is complete on vet care and just needs a forever home. He'll "tug" at your heartstrings. Once approved, you can even come visit him in his home.
