Smokey was abandoned by his owner who didn’t want him anymore. Instead of bringing him to a shelter, they decided to just leave him in an alley during the hottest weeks of the summer. Smokey had no food or water, and went to a neighbors house begging for food. Luckily, STC was called to come out, and was able to bring Smokey to the safety of a foster home.  Smokey is extremely friendly and would make a great pet.  Please consider adopting him!
