Description:

Cali had been outside for months before a kind person arranged for her to be brought into foster care. Unfortunately we didn't get her soon enough and she was already pregnant. She was lucky to be warm and well fed for the end of her pregnancy and be able to give birth safely inside.

She's a very sweet girl who is quite friendly and affectionate. She runs right up to her foster mom asking to be pet.

Cali takes a little while to get used to other cats. This may be as a result of a unpleasant experience she had with an unsuccessful placement. Although it's taken a little time she's doing fine with the other fosters she's being housed with. We believe she would do well either as an only cat or with a confident but laid back companion. She shouldn't be placed with a dominant cat.

Cali tested negative for feline AIDS and Leukemia and will be spayed and vaccinated before she is adopted.
