Thelma was rescued while wandering around on the porches of houses in Philadelphia, searching for food. Luckily, two STC volunteers were there, to help to take Thelma to the safety of her new foster home. Thelma's only baby, Lil Orphan Annie, was also rescued and was recently adopted. Now, Thelma sits and waits for her second chance. She is such a kind sole, and never deserved to be thrown out on the streets with no food or shelter. Thelma is a great cat. She uses her scratch post, and is very neat and clean. She loves to roll when you touch her. Please consider adopting her! Thelma has been spayed, tested negative for Felv/Fiv, and has all of her vaccines. She has also been wormed and given flea treatments as a precaution.
