Raoul's people moved and left him behind. He went to a neighbor's house and cried at the door until they called Save the Cats to take him in and find him a home. He is a very friendly, affectionate boy who loves to be pet. He has tested negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia and has his vaccinations.
