Oliver is a gorgeous, green-eyed black cat. He is estimated to be almost one year old.  He was dumped off by his owners in a restaurant parking lot, and lived off scraps from the garbage cans for weeks.  Oliver was found skinny and scared, but has gained some weight and is now neutered and much happier! His foster mom says that Oliver gets nervous and hides in new environments, but eventually he  is very, very friendly and loving.  He loves to purr and cuddle in addition to playing with lots of toys.  If you are interested in adopting Oliver please fill out the application online and arrangements will be made for you to meet him.
