Description: Seamus was rescued as a stray outside in Philadelphia. He was found with a flea collar wrapped tightly around his neck. Most likely it was put on when he was a kitten, then he was abandoned, and as he grew the collar became tighter. According to a neighbor he was abandoned by his previous owner when they had to move. He is very friendly and loves to purr when you pet him. Seamus is a true family cat and LOVES to hang out wherever the family is. He is fine with other cats and should be fine with dogs and small children. Seamus has been neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS and has been microchipped. If you are interested in adopting him please fill out the application online.
