Special Needs: Very gentle, but scared to be held. Just learning to like to be pet.
Description:
Teddy was rescued along with his mother and sibblings from someone's backyard in Yardley. Another rescuer had already spayed and neutered the entire family, but put them all back outside, instead of trying to find them homes. By the time STC was called, Teddy and some of his brothers and sisters became very scared of people. Luckily, after months of fostering, Teddy is slowly beginning to trust people. He will play, and now lets the people he trusts pet him. He is still a bit fearful about being held though. Teddy uses his litter box faithfully, and loves to use his cardboard scratcher. He is in need of a patient family that is willing to wait until he is ready to trust. He is very gentle, and shows no aggression. He is in desperate need of rescuing. Please open your heart to him. Please also consider adopting his sister Pebbles. She is a great cat, but would rather just watch people than be petted or held. These kitties need experienced cat owners to adopt them, who will be patient and let them just be cats. Please help us save these gorgeous babies. They can be separated!
