Description:
Rascal and his siblings were born next to someone's house. The people took the kittens inside until there was foster space at STC for them.

He's very active and playful and likes to wrap himself around his foster mom's ankles when he's out to play. He likes to be picked up and pet and must think his foster mom is a cat too as he insists on trying to groom her hair and give her 'kisses', all the while purring loudly. He likes to play and wrestle with his littermates.

Rascal has received all his vaccinations and has been neutered.
