Description: Chip was rescued as a stray outside in Philadelphia. A kind person took him in until Save the Cats had room in foster care. Chip is very friendly and likes to be around people. He loves to roll over on his back when you start petting him and will happily "chirp" when you walk into the room. He has been neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS, and is up to date on his vaccines.
