Tango was abandoned by his previous owner on New Year's Eve. He showed up with a collar wrapped tightly around his neck trying to get into a neighbor's house. Tango is extremely friendly and loves to be pet. Tango has been neutered, vaccinated and tested for leukemia/AIDS.
