Description:
Travis and his siblings were found in an alley in philly. Their mom is a stray. Travis was found with a telephone wire wrapped around his neck and his rescuers qucilky untied the wire and brought him to saftey.

He has tested negative for feline AIDS and Leukemia and have received age appropriate vaccinations.
