Flash was rescued from the streets of Philadelphia cold and hungry. He had a collar wrapped tightly around his neck. Flash most likely was abandoned outside by his previous owner because they did not want to care for him anymore. Flash is very friendly and likes to be pet. Now he is looking for a home to call his own. Flash has been neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS and vaccinated.
